Hawaii Radio & Television Guide

KGMB TV’s news division has won 3 regional Edward R. Murrow Awards for stories they did on the Hawaii Superferry and the Hawaiian Language. Their website at kgmb9.com was named as “Best Broadcast-Affiliated Web”. KGMB was the only Hawaii based station in the awards competition.

KGMB, KITV, KITV, KHNL and KHET TV are also in competition for the Northern California regional Emmy awards.
